IMMEDIATELY AFTER BOOKING
Often times after booking we won’t chat for a bit! This is totally normally but, I’m happy to connect whenever you’re in the planning zone and have questions. I also love helping you connect with the perfect vendors for your event! Check out my vendor guide below for more information on local event vendors who I adore.
THREE MONTHS BEFORE
About 2–3 months before your wedding, I’ll send you a questionnaire that covers everything I need to prepare your photo timeline. This includes you providing more information around the big and small details that help me make sure your day runs smoothly. Around this time, you’ll also receive your final balance invoice, which is due two weeks before the wedding.
ONE MONTH BEFORE
One month out, I’ll reach out to go over the photo timeline I’ve created for your day. The timeline is one of the key tools I use to stay connected to your event and make sure you know where to expect me throughout the day. This is also a general touch base before the wedding, and we can do it virtually or in person if you’re local.
WEDDING WEEKEND
All of our planning finally comes together, and we’ll be ready to focus on the day itself. I’ll be there for the big moments, the small moments, and everything in between. Most importantly, remember to relax, enjoy yourself, and soak it all in!
Within 48–72 hours after the wedding, I’ll send you a sneak peek of images so you can relive some of the sweetest moments and share them with family and friends.
EIGHT to TEN WEEKS AFTER WEDDING
You’ll receive your curated gallery with a mix of color, black-and-white, and film images if you added that option. From here, you can view, share, and purchase prints or other tangible items. Get those photos off your computer and into your life!
If you’re interested in an heirloom album, please let me know and reach out. I love helping couples create a way to hold their images in their hands — there’s nothing better than that.

Q: Can I check in with you outside of our scheduled calls?
Absolutely! While I have routine check-ins scheduled for all of my couples, I always welcome additional check-ins anytime. You don’t have to figure this out alone — I’m happy to help. Even though I’m your professional vendor, I genuinely care about you and how you’re doing. You can always reach out via text, DM, email, or call.
Q: Can you attend our rehearsal dinner?
While you can hire me to document your rehearsal dinner, I’d also love to attend as a guest if your venue is nearby. This gives me the chance to offer photography guidance and show you how I’ll move through the ceremony or couple’s entrance. It’s a helpful way to get familiar with the space before the big day (and more time together, yay)!
Q: Can I add more coverage or services after booking?
Yes! I understand that when you first book vendors, you may not know exactly what you need. If you want to add extra time, film, or anything else, just let me know. I’ll create an addendum contract, and payment can be made easily via Square or Venmo.
Q: Can you do a venue walkthrough with us?
Absolutely! If your venue is nearby, I’m happy to attend a walkthrough with you, your planner, and your venue coordinator. This helps me plan the best spots for different photos on the wedding day and ensures everything runs smoothly. Just reach out, and I’ll do my best to fit it into my schedule.
Q: Do you carry insurance?
Yes. I carry full business liability insurance, as well as equipment coverage. This means I am insured in the unlikely event of accidental damage or injury, and my professional gear is also protected. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), I’m happy to add them as additionally insured and provide documentation directly upon request
