At the heart of my business is a philosophy of service. Every wedding day is different, and your photography coverage should reflect that. Rather than forcing couples into rigid packages, I offer à la carte wedding coverage by the hour, allowing you to build a collection that truly fits your day, your timeline, and your priorities. Coverage is offered at $250 per hour, with a minimum of 6 hours, so you can choose exactly what you need.

Included in the price of hourly wedding coverage is more than just my time and the photographs themselves. Every collection also includes planning support, logistical guidance, and post-production services designed to make the experience smooth, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. These resources are provided to every couple, regardless of the number of hours booked, and are an integral part of how I serve my clients before, during, and after the wedding day.
Custom Timeline Support
I work with you to create a photo-focused timeline using a detailed questionnaire that helps us think through your day in advance. This process ensures key moments and portrait timing are planned intentionally before the wedding day.
Vendor Support & Recommendations
I have a network of local wedding vendors and am always happy to share recommendations. If you’re considering vendors outside my immediate network, I’m equally glad to help research, scout, and offer insight so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Online Digital Gallery
Your images are delivered through a private online gallery where you’ll receive preview images, your full final gallery, and any film photographs. The gallery allows you to view, favorite, download, and easily share your images with friends and family.
Full Printing Rights
Your wedding images are yours to enjoy long after the day has passed. You receive full personal printing rights, allowing you to print your photographs, create albums, order wall art, and share your images with friends and family or on social media without restriction.

My Recommendation For You
Based on our conversation and what you’ve shared about your wedding day (including no bridal party, limited getting ready photos, a first look, and a 3:00 PM ceremony) I recommend 7 hours of wedding coverage. Having photographed at your venue before, this amount of coverage allows the day to flow comfortably without feeling rushed.
With this coverage, I would arrive around 12:30 PM, allowing time for candid getting ready moments, venue and décor details, solo portraits of both the bride and groom, and a relaxed first look. Coverage would continue through your 3:00 PM ceremony, followed by family portraits, cocktail hour, dances, and speeches, concluding around 7:30 PM. This timeline provides enough flexibility to document the day fully while maintaining a calm, intentional pace. Please note that this coverage would not allow time for reception open dancing, cake cutting, or an exit; those moments would require an additional 1–2 hours of coverage, depending on the flow of the evening.
In addition to wedding day coverage, I strongly recommend adding an engagement session. This time allows us to work together ahead of the wedding day, giving you the opportunity to become comfortable in front of the camera and experience what it’s like to be photographed professionally. An engagement session also provides a set of images you can confidently use for personal purposes, including décor for your home or wedding venue, as well as keepsakes you’ll enjoy long after the wedding day.
