I recommend booking 7-10 months in advance - my calendar fills quickly, especially during peak spring and fall seasons. For popular dates (spring Saturdays, fall weekends, meaningful calendar dates), couples often book 12-16 months out.

Dates are first-come, first-served and I do not hold them. I shoot one wedding per day and never double-book or send associates - so if your date is available and we feel aligned, the only way to secure it is to move forward. Reserving your date requires a signed contract and a 30% retainer.

While last-minute openings occasionally happen, I strongly encourage couples not to wait beyond the 9-month mark if photography is a priority. Your photographer is one of the few vendors present for nearly your entire wedding day - capturing moments you'll look back on for decades. Who you choose, and securing them early, matters.

Galleries are typically delivered within 8-12 weeks of your wedding date. Every single image is hand-edited by me (no AI tools, no outsourced editors), so I give each gallery the time and attention it deserves. During peak season (May-October), timelines may fall toward the longer end of that window.

Need your gallery sooner? A rush delivery option is available for galleries delivered within 4–5 weeks for an additional $500.

I deliver a complete, cohesive gallery of fully edited images in my signature style. This ensures consistency, intention, and a finished experience from start to finish. Raw or unedited files are not provided.

Once your wedding day comes to a close, I return home (or to my hotel if I’m traveling) and immediately begin backing up your images. Every single photo is uploaded to three separate hard drives:

1. A stationary hard drive that remains at my home office and never leaves my desk.
2. A portable hard drive that stays with me at all times.
3. A working hard drive that I use to actively edit and process your images.

Lastly, your original SD cards are then placed in a secure storage box and remain untouched until your full gallery has been delivered. Only after delivery are they formatted and reused.

Depending on when your reception ends, I begin working on your sneak peeks either that night or the following day. Within 48-72 hours, you’ll receive a curated preview gallery so you can relive the magic and share a few favorites with family and friends (and post that glorious, "We Married!" on IG).

After sneak peeks are delivered, I go back and carefully review every single image captured throughout your day. I thoughtfully select the strongest photographs - the ones that best tell your story - before beginning the full editing process.

Each final image is:

1. Straightened and cropped for composition
2. Custom edited based on lighting and environment
3. Balanced for tone and color
4. Carefully refined with my signature editing style

I go through multiple editing passes over the course of several weeks to ensure consistency, depth, and richness across your gallery. Only after thorough review and quality checks is your final collection uploaded and delivered.

Yes. I carry full business liability insurance, as well as equipment coverage.

This means I am insured in the unlikely event of accidental damage or injury, and my professional gear is also protected. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), I’m happy to add them as additionally insured and provide documentation directly upon request
